Världens bästa talare. "We shall fight on the beaches" är nog världens bästa tal. Jag får kalla kårar varenda gång. Och visst måste det haft effekt på de engelska soldaterna. Luftwaffe hade fyra gånger fler plan än RAF och ändå lyckades inte Hitler få grepp om England. Tur det, kan man väl konstatera. Dagens stora ledare är hästpiss jämfört med män som Winston Churchill.

"We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air. We shall defend our island whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight on the hills. We shall never surrender!"
